. All the others (except Sasuke using CT, because he basically used the Bijuu as a Core, and Chakra can be used as a magnetic force seen in early Pt.1 Chunin exams) were irrelevant to me.

So that leaves S/T and Limbo. And for all we know maybe there are other Rinnegan powers too.

Exactly. If more ninja in the series focused on the varieties of Techniques like say Genjutsu (God knows we need more Genjutsu in this Manga), or Taijutsu (We have what 3-4 Taijutsu specialist?) I think overall it'd be better.

Hell I wish Naruto as a whole was more of a Shikamaru type flow (Strategic) rather than let's nuke some shit boom power up turn up bang bang type of manga.

well i gotta give props to kishi for bringing in strategy usage in part 2 tho.

But i don't think its the problem that there are less taijutsu users. Its most likely that, ninjutsu is above Taijuts.

But prime example of what you are talking about is : Sakura.

Itachi can neg diff all taijutsu users if we go just by on -screen feats. People can make up BS about Gai. but even gai get neg diff. Amaterasu/tsukuyomi = insta kill.

However , logically we know they have the abilities to counter those things that make them on Itachi's level. For example, in One piece HAKI is a good explanation of how people can counter others who have op ass Devilfruit abilities. In Naruto kishimoto doesn't state anything like that. And reason for this is him not focusing on people who use taijutsu.

He focused on Gai, all he did was give him some high powered taijutsu techniques, thats all he literally did. He didn't explain shit.

His explanation on how Gai cna take on itachi was "he can close his eyes and fight". wtf.

So true. Hebi Sasuke was probably the best form of Sasuke btw. The rest are Garb imo.

It's like this example: One rich man has 2 billion dollars in his bank account. Another rich man has 2.1 billion dollars. Technically, the latter is richer than the former, but to the average man there is no difference between the two.(since the amount of money is too big for most of us to imagine) That's basically what the current power levels in Naruto are like IMO.

Very few characters have interesting fighting styles. The main characters are horrid, Kakashi one of the worst. In all honesty, the war arc at least brought forth a few characters who had more to show. It may not be strictly taijutsu, but the diversity of genjutsu and ninjutsu used was delightful. The Second Mizukage, Hanzo, The Gold and Silver brothers, and even Muu a tad were positives when it came down to this.

It's just the same old, same old we see from the regulars. Susano'o, Rasengan or a Bijuu dama. We would rarely see Raiton from Sasuke before he received the Sage's chakra, for ****'s sake! Really, Kishi could of done a better job with creating or improving their fighting styles. He has what it takes to do it, Danzo's was unique and entertaining.
