And at least it isn't as drastic as Dragonball. In the beginning of DB destroying buildings was crazy, then in the Buu saga we see Buu destroying multiple planets in mere seconds

i think the gap between hagoromo and kaguya that far apart, he did not only had his natural power but he was the juubi jin the same source the god fruit comes from. also madara shouldnt be that far apart from from hagoromo.


also kisame can clearly beat danzo low diff, the repeated izanami is nothing, and kisame has the speed advantage and samehada would have asorbed the wind style techs danzo has....the chimera summon is nothing either the large scale water jutsu from kisame drowns that summon...


and really sasori is .2, thats ridiculous he was one of the most powerful akatsuki members all of which are kage level


and how was any form of obito 2.7 when kakashi is a 3....kakashi by himslef cant touch obito, obito could have killed kakashi several times but naruto saved him and not only that it took the combined effort of naruto/gai/and kakashi just to hit obito...

In the first chapter we hear about a fox that can wipe out mountains and other destructive stuff, and later we get big animals who can spit out large scale wind and fire. We learn new stuff, that isn't a bad thing and it's not a flaw if Kimminaro a child isn't top tier anymore compared to way more experienced characters in part 2.
