I dunno, his power level would be kinda high in bijuu mode, his TBB is the equivalent of vegeta's big bang attack, and his rasenshuriken is like krillins destructo disk, which I'm sure is untankable, and he's been shown to be quite fast and durable. it's just that naruto only does it in spurts, but I'd say at least 250

Broly isn't cannon, no point in including him here. Plus, it wasn't as if he just spit out energy attacks and blew up the entire South galaxy, it was him going from planet to planet and wiping out the life!

And Frieza had in his first form a power level of 530,000. Super Saiyan Goku had a power level of what, 150,000,000?

Frieza did not have the power of a Super Saiyan, not in his first form.

He however was capable of rivaling a Super Saiyan in his 100% Power form (A bit battle damaged) with a power level of 120,000,000.

Kaioken was on par with Saiyan Saga Vegeta who as I showed was able to destroy a planet without trying.
Realistically I would put him at Yamcha level. Absolute best Dragon Ball King Piccolo level.

Have you not been reading this debate? SSJ Goku was 150,000,000 Im putting Naruto at 120,000. Naruto TBB would humiliate yamcha AND picklehead

Edit: Sorry I didn't read your post right. But if Vegeta could do that so easily to earth why didn't he. The planet he destroyed was tiny

No it's not. 120,000 was Ginyu's power level. Vegita was around 12,000-18,000 when he was on Earth. In his ape form he was around there, probably a little less due to being battle damaged.

Not sure if you were saying that was Vegita's power level or not.... And Goku surpassed Vegita with Kioken, the main reason Vegita had to resort to using the great ape form.
