Naruto Plot holes and unfinished events

I was thinking about some of all the plot holes in the naruto serie and unfinished events.
This is what i came up with

1. How did Uchiha Shisui have mangekyou sharingan?
You need to kill your best friend to get mangekyou sharingan (or see the person die) so how did he get it?

2. How did Hashirama die?
This is one of them i got no answer to.
but one of my theories is Madara kidnapped him and took him into the Gedo Mazo.

3. What happend to the charka Naruto got from the bijuus?
Naruto got some charka from 6 of 9 Bjiuus but for what? and where is it?

4. what happend to the scroll Suigetsu found? and what does it have to do with "them"?

5. What had Naruto more then Kurama which Obito wanted?

The last one is a bad mistranslated scan... Naruto has NOTHING that Obito wants more than to just simply kill him and extract the Kyuubi.

He also didn't have sharingan yet... I think they meant that someone close to you had to die AND You had to meet all other pre-req's to get it...
