Its planned well but at the same time not planned at all .. Kishi makes changes and throws plot devices in his story whenever he wants

He had the end planned from the beginning but everything in between is a different story. It's running longer than he expected and sometimes that's the hardest part for the writer. Making it all come together so it can end how you planned it. That's what I think.

The itachi and saskue story was well planned but the madara and obito connection was not well planned. The plot is still good though.

I personally think Kishi had a few major details picked out like Itachi's secret and what not, but its length probably wasn't what Kishi originally intended.

I have to agree (for the moment since the manga still going and it might all come together) part 2 was not as stable as part 1.
