Tobirama didn't come up with the plan to attack obito, it was narutos plan... Naruto came up with the idea after seing how the toads attack affected obito..... tobirama senced narutos sage energy with his sensor abilty then said " he has a brain in his head after all" .....there fore it was narutos plan to attack while in sage mode and tobirama just made it possible!

You're half right. Tobirama is a sensor so he sensed the nature chakra in Gamakichis attack and saw that Obitos jutsu wasn't able to beat it easily. Naruto also guessed this since he is used to nature chakra.

They were simply on the same page, Naruto entered Sage mode to attack and Tobirama took advantage of this and took him up there.

True enough, Naruto could of guessed either his dad or Tobirama would do that but whatever, it showed some teamwork between the two!

Tobrina being a sensor type sense Naruto's Sage Mode and help He knew His teleporting would help Naruto hit Obito before Obito could come up with an acer. otherwise Naruto would have to launch Himself a long way to reach Obito.
