On top of that you add extreme chakra nature manipulation like wind element which would further take years to do via normal training. The word extreme is perfect for describing rasenshuriken, sharingan fails to see how many strikes it can do.

The wind chakra whirling around the "spiral" is changed into countless blades, all striking the target at once......!!

Go read for yourself and you don't need scans to use logic. Rasengan is a harder jutsu to learn because it only relies on shape transformation without an element.

And FRS is above kage rank unless you're deluded enough to say SM Naruto is below Kage level.

The shit he do is not even ninja style anymore. He is practically a brawl monk who like to gang up on people with shadow clones. kakashi and Sasuke are legit ninja.

eh sure. he wasn't alive long enough. its never stated how long the technique existed. he could've developed that technique years prior to dying and just couldn't add his element to it. we'll never know for sure.

as far as what a ninja is, these characters have elements of ninja to them but none of them are really ninja. ninja don't spit fireballs, summon lightning, or house bestial, sentient entities of chakra inside their bodies. "battle monk"? sheesh, the lengths you guys go to to discredit these characters is astounding. lets call him a "battle monk", that sounds cool too.
