I was too lazy to edit my first response so I just made a different post with the scan in it lol

Yup plankton already witnessed how that went down the first time but I wish he never showed up so he could try because would of been good to put people in their place about the crap they spout about Naruto never hitting Shin.

The point is Sasuke Rinnegan always active and he can do Amenotejikara whenever he can. But he not using it and let Shin run away.

Sasuke sure looks like in Base mode everytime. But his Rinnegan eye is not.
