If he is fighting sasuke the least he can do is bring a fire sealing scroll, he preped for his nagato fight with a scroll, he is depicted as carrying scrolls in many pics, why is my comment so far fetched?

No... he did not spam amaterasu, he used it once against bee and due to bees size and tentacles the flames quickly spread.
