July 10 (#368): "Warring States Period"
July 17 (#---): NO EPISODE (Pokemon special taking the time slot yet again)
July 24 (#369): Confirmed episode, title still unknown
July 31 (#370): Confirmed episode, title still unknown

NOTE: New Ending airs with episode 367 on July 3rd titled "Never Change" feat. Lyu:Lyu, by SHUN.

EDIT: But based on past experience, in situations like this, it's extremely likely we will get at least 1, maybe 2 Shippuden double episodes in the near future to counter balance some of the breaks.

Naruto took over Pokemon's timeslot twice this year: January 23 and March 6
Pokemon got May 29 for its double episode and now July 17th.
So, that evens it out.

Naruto & Pokemon often trade off time slots for the last 5+ years.

It's nothing new. If Pokemon gets a double episode, then that always means that Naruto will also take Pokemons slot in the near future for a double episode of their own.

So in reality we don't actually "lose" an episode from Poke-specials, because of Pokemon. The only exceptions are Holidays or non-related events where both shows are tossed aside.

But the break for this week/June 26 has nothing to do with Pokemon however. It's some kind of celebration for TV Tokyo's 50th anniversary

I hope to see them in August. That's what happens every time we get a double episode, they are maing up for a previously skipped week.

Well I did try to explain that already , but here are the reasons again for th elast 3 breaks:


Break #1 (May 30) - Pokemon double episode taking the timte slot

Break #2 (June 26) - TV Tokyo is having a 50th anniversary special thing. Pokemon lost its slot here as well so we can't blame them ths time

Break #3 (July 17) - This time Pokemon is once again fcking us over, by airing a full length movie. So goodye Naruto yet again.


So it's kind of a string of bad luckt this last month. However fi it makes you feel any better, Naruto will be getting a double episode not too long from now. We may even get 2 double episodes, but I can only say 1 for sure.
