This is more of a fan fic really of what I think should happen. You've been warned.
So, Naruto and Sasuke are most likely going to have a drawn-out battle. They talk about every two seconds. Ultimately, they end up doing this:
This will then release IT.
Everyone that gets released from IT will then start to regain their consciousness. Sasuke will obviously try to execute the five kages and Naruto gets in his way. By this point, he will get partially TNJ'd. He then yells at the Kages to step down, so that he can change the system. If they refuse, he will execute them. The Shinobi Alliance then start to yell and disagree with him. They'll probably end up throwing tomatoes at him.
Sasuke, realizing this, reveals their deepest secrets. The massacre of the Uchiha clan, and countless other events that happened under their supervision. Quite a few of the shinobi start to become suspicious of the kages and start to question them. They then tell them of the truth.
Sasuke will ask them to join him if they want to truly change the system and want peace. Those that believe him will stand beside him. Those that don't, including the kages, then go towards Naruto's side. Sasuke then puts Kakashi and Sakura in a Genjutsu and tries to take them and take the Bijuus. He tells Naruto that if he were to interfere, war will start, and countless people will die. Naruto, obviously not wanting this, chooses to let him go. Sasuke gives Naruto a choice to save Kakashi or Sakura. He will eventually decide on Sakura. (I just want Kakashi to be a villain okay)
This leads to the events of part 3. Kakashi has been tortured enough that he has joined Sasuke's side. Bijuus 1-5 have been saved by the Loyalists, and are on Naruto's side. Bijuus 6-9 are still with Sasuke. Of course, since Team Taka (and Kabuto) are still with Sasuke, they use Edo Tensei to bring Itachi back because why not? Part 3 events unfold.
