Hidan can fight asuma daughter
Konan for the Sakura fans
Jiraiya can fight Orochimaru since He will be good this time
Kisame sounds weird idk what he can do without samehada but ig he can summon it

But Still Orochimaru should be a baddie in my case i cannot see him being good guy . Akira is one of Kishi's fav manga we know he take different themes from other mangas .

The Part 3 movie will be abour Borito so i mostly think villain must be below Sasuke and Naruto's level ..

you might be right, however why would any villain need edo tensei kids, I mean they would even work as a diversion, would be sealed in no time.
