I don't think SO6P is almost 3x as strong as Madara, maybe and this is just maybe, he might have 1.500, but not 3k man, i agree with rest except Juubito who might have up to 800.

Raikage at v2 lightining shroud is the most 140 power level
while Tsunade enhanced with chakra is the most 150-160 power level, to me looks like far from "over 9000"

The scale you used just sucks trust me, in Naruto you can stab, slice and explode someone even with a simple explosion tag. In Naruto its not about power but rather about who is smarter battle-wise...

Besides that your scaling is flawed on manny parts, like with Naruto BSM being equal to Minato BM... and Gai's 8 inner gate. How can you scale something you never saw yourself?
