Euh, this is not a T-Shirt.

There's a double-spiral behind the shuriken logo. It's part of the design and is in black and red-glow. The Shuriken went on Naruto's neck a bit cause it couldn't cross its face; it will have ruined the whole banner.

That double-spiral was always part of the Naruto logo or Shippuden logo

I guess Casual Misfit tried to keep some elements of it like the font and that thing but he also added creative and original elements like the Shuriken or kid-Naruto standing for example.
