well I went to ep 203 and listened to it. i went through 40+ ost tracks looking for a song one of my friends needed awhile back. i didn't come across the ost your looking for so i went to a website forum that i used to see if it was there, its a new ost which means, sorry to say, I'm pretty sure it's an unreleased OST.

At the end of 201, before he says "Yo Naruto, let's have a talk" it's an unreleased song. At the start of 202 it's "Jinchuuriki" from the first OST. At the start of 203 it's another unreleased song when Naruto en co respond to Itachi's truth, then it is followed by the "Hurricance Suite" from OST 1.
Both unreleased songs can be found on YouTube on the channel of Chhidori, deki631 or 94lolface.
First unreleased song (before Tobi says "Yo Naruto, let's have a talk")
Second unreleased song at the start of 203
