Naruto's stronger, Sasuke is more intelligent for the most part. If they both went with the intent to kill, Naruto would likely be victorious having fought the Rinnegan 4 times, and the Sharingan a few too, as well as covering his own "body" weakness' by fighting two Juubi Jin's and doing the most to Kaguya. Sasuke has fought the Rinnegan less thus mightn't know possible "flaws" in it. Example is the Shinra Tensei recharge time (which will for whatever reason be culled I bet. Lol)
