Sasuke looks like some sort of emo hard head. That's probably why it appeals to so many weirdos.
However, when we are talking about art, Naruto takes the cake in those two pictures by miles.
Naruto's image has always been warm and welcoming. The new outfit made everyone since the appearance of jubito wet themselves in joy. No need to get into specifications for the sake of a credible argument to make the case that Naruto's image is what I prefer.
