If you had to form four cell team who would you rather build it around? Naruto or Sasuke. Sasuke has great Techs and im not even going to go into the Sasuke vs Naruto thing but even if Sasuke could beat him one on one I feel like its obvious Naruto would be better for a team. Did you see what that kyuubi cloak did for the alliance now imagine if he didn't have to share it with like 1000 people and only about four. He could make bad ass ninjas even more bad ass.Just my opinion. (Imagine a cloaked Nagato....scary)

Naruto easily. He basically serves as the teams sensor, medic, portable shield and power house and is exceptional at all of these roles. Sasuke isn't as versatile and isn't well suited for team situations since he is selfish.

Sasuke...because he would simply get shit done from the beginning and Sasuke is also a good team work seeing as how he was able to work with Naruto in their fight against Zabuza.

Or you're just an Uchiha hater, I can see your signature, I don't support Uchiha's at all but if Sasuke vs Naruto Sasuke owns just like he did the other 3-4 times. Fact.
My only problem is Naruto cloak can tank everything he has. If you sub Naruto with Sasuke when the Juubi used his Atomic bomb F the world Jutsu what happens to the alliance. We already seen that a barrier trapped juubi just sidesteps Amaterasu Rasengan after it hits. The alliance would be dead without Naruto.
