Both are rather mediocre, I'd give Naruto the edge though.

Never could make myself read Bleach.

Imo, both are pretty lame. Both have equally good and lame fights. Naruto's still ongoing so it kind of takes the cake here. Bleach has great fight scenes but when there's no fighting going on, it's pretty boring. Naruto's got average fight scenes but has more going on outside of fighting than Bleach does.
