there arent 3 types of senjutsu. theres two, kurama either gathered regular senjutsu or rikudo's, but it took all the energy naruto had gathered to equal the arrow so logically sasuke took alot of chakra

What are you saying? Kurama doesn't have his own "senjustu chakra", he only gathered it for Naruto.

Plus Naruto practically wasted all of Ridokou's chakra on Kaguya, while Sasuke barely used any besides to use his Susano'o and try to teleport dimensions a few times.
