Let's not forget that half of Kurama and full Gyuki fought against 5 Tailed Beasts (if i remember correctly). Now the thing is Naruto entered Sage Mode using his own chakra as a gathering point, but with Kurama's GARGANTUAN chakra being mixed with Sen chakra, the result is probably close to what Sasuke Has. All the Tailed Beasts alone are not as strong as the Juubi even if their chakra is mixed.
