Can't really speak for DBZ, but out of the other 3, One Piece by far.

Which one is best?
When it comes to which one of em are best, One Piece and DBZ are in a league of their own.
When it comes to popularity, Naruto is up there with them, but not when it comes to ratings.

And Bleach? meh, not even on the same list. You should have replaced Bleach with Fairy Tail, as it stands a much better chance.

I would say that DBZ has been at the top for long enough, pretty sure One Piece has surpassed it.

Ok let me say this:

- DBZ is allround super
- Naruto was really really awesome till the war and had the best story, now it's getting worse.
- Bleach was really entertainment for anyone who like fights but after the Aizen arc it's been ruined.
- One Piece is nowadays the best anime, great story with so much unique characters! But I have to say the first arcs were pretty boring.

So I'll say bleach will be 4
For me I liked Naruto a bit more then DBZ but DBZ is better, so Naruto 3
DBZ is the best now but I do think One piece can rule!

So DBZ 2 and One Piece 1.

Did you just say the OP filler arcs were boring? You mean the ones where there are no more than 13 episodes where Naruto and Bleach have crappy fillers for months?

At least with OP, you couldn't even tell which one was a filler until the end of the arc Ex. G-8

Skypiea was boring, but had a lot of Info like Roger's signature up there. Also, Haki was introduced for the first time.

Because you brought up fillers and I was comparing the OP fillers to Naruto and Bleach fillers. Simple.
