Hey don't know how many of you watched this show. if you missed it get off this thread and go watch.
Sorry I can't post any vid or anything for you guys but if you check out the episodes I'm about to mention you'll find him
So, in episode 11 around the 7:30 mark you can see a character sitting on the floor. This character has orange pants and a blue shirt(who else do we know with those color schemes hmm) what appear to be blue eyes(not the typical black) and 3 whisker marks per side of his face(sounding familiar yet) Yup Naruto is in Hamatora episode 11.
In episode 12 again around the 7:30 mark, Naruto reappears. his time he's on the offensive and attacking with an attack he calls "Tornado". This attack shows a spiraling pattern around his hands as he goes in to strike(reminiscent of a rasengan though it doen't have the same appearance)
So there ya have it. If you haven't watched the show give it a shot it's good on it's own and plus it has this neat little hidden gem. They also kind of borrowed the Pandaman idea from OP as in every episode(or nearly every one) there is a mascot tiger that makes an appearance.
