Not exactly, about 50% of the episodes are usually outsourced. THis is the first time in the entire series that had so many in a row. 3 out+1 in+2 out+1 in for a total of 5-2 in the past 7 episodes is pretty bad.

but it's only in filler episodes, if it's canon then that's another story, atleast what I hope for is that they're gonna spend more time and effort on the kaguya fights but that's not saying much after so many people speculate gai vs madara gets superb animation yet they screwed up after months of fillers.

The Infinite Fillers. Seriously I had enough of Fillers. The manga is over - long ago. We already had continuously fillers from January to May. As if that is not enough now again filler episodes. Outrageous!
It doesn't matter about whom the filler episodes will be. Filler is filler and it takes away the whole excitement.

Also Sukima Switch are a great band and did Golden Time Lover, FMA:B's 3rd opening to my knowledge.
