It sucks that we're not getting anything above average animation this month but at the same time you gotta hope that's because they're saving them for when Sasuke and the Hokage get to the battlefield and fight in HD top quality animation.

this anime does usually result in disapointment though tbh

The anime episode titles are revealed in the (monthly) Japanese magazines, like

You must be registered for see links

and

You must be registered for see links

. It's not just Naruto but One Piece and Pokemon titles also get a mention in there.

Those magazines are officially released on the 10th of every month, while the titles start getting leaked on 2ch earlier (6th being the earliest possibility).

Also, why are some of the animators lacking in quality? Some are good while others are low quality. I never really understood this.

Suzuki is still part of Naruto's staff, but usually he is working on openings and movies or other stuff. So they could get him to do an episode, but his episodes are expensive so it depends if they want to spend that much.
