#456 (April 14) - Akatsuki's Darkness
Shouldering all of the disgrace for Konoha and his brother, Itachi became a missing-nin. He joined a criminal group called "Akatsuki", which has formed by a combination of ten members. Itachi's first mission is to assassinate an important person in the Land of Water.

#457 (April 21) - The Partner
Itachi formed a duo team with Kisame and later Deidara joined them in the group. Pain ordered Deidara and Sasori who just joined the group to kill Orochimaru who was attempting to defy the Akatsuki.

It's canon, but with only 22 chapters left I think they will find many ways to extend it... or else the arc would only last 10 episodes.
