Maybe. TSB would be kinda useless to use against rikudou senjutsu opponents. It doesn't negate their attacks or provide grade A defense against rikudou attacks. The only thing good about them is you can shape it into weapons. that's it however he seems he could make tstbbfrs.

naruto has lost his rsm powers completely and is inly left with kcm...gaiden facts.to have rsm all the tailed beasts chakra are needed and naruto lost rsm in his fight against sasuke when the tailed beasts chakra finshed.but he can still acquire his rsm which acccompanies the balls if he meets the other tailed beats through kurama and collects their chakra
