Does anybody have anymore info on it? cause i kinda refuse to believe CC2 would do NA like that on DLC. I have been looking every where for some type of information about whether they stated that only JP and EUP are the only 2 with different DLC or not? so if anyone knows anything please let me know, thanks.

They are region locked dude, so if you have a NA system it won't work.
