Haru and Kari set off on their mission; discover where Kabuto is and pick-up the mysterious Uzumaki girl.
Kari: [Walking] Where exactly is this girl? Is it far out of the way? Because if Kabuto-san really is in some type of danger, than we're just wasting time!
Haru: [Exasperated] Just hold on, kid! We're almost there [Approaching Village Gates]. And I told you, Kabuto is no scrub. The man can take care of himself, I promise you that.
Kari: [Glares at him] Hmph. Whatever. Why's this girl so important anyway?
Haru: It was a mission from the Hokage. That's all you need to know.
Kari: Just because I'm young doesn't mean I don't deserve to know things!
Haru: [Looks sideways at him] I never said that. It just doesn't concern you, now . . . . [At the Village Gates]
Guard: Ahh, Haru. How are you doing?
Haru: Good and you?
Guard: Alright, I must say. Babysitting [Raises eyebrow at Kari]?
Haru: Huh? Oh, I guess it's something like that. Anyways, I need to step outside. There's an escort I'm here to meet.
Guard: Eh, wait a minute --- you're not here for some girl, are you?
Haru: [Alert] Actually, I am. Why, did something happen?!
Guard: [Sighs] That she-devil was being escorted hear by six men, all black-ops Anbu, you see. As soon as they approached the gates, she bailed on them. Punched every single one of them in the balls and took off the otherway. They're out looking for her now.
Haru: [Comical Expression] Oh... really?
Kari: See! We wasted time!
Haru: No we didn't. Tanzuka town is also this way! Excuse me sir, can you open the gates?
Guard: Oh, yeah, of course! [Motions for something] [Gate grinds open] Be careful out there, you hear?
Haru: Yeah, got it! Let's go Kari.
Kari: [Annoyed] Now what? We have to search for her too?!
Haru: [Walking] If she's not on the main road, then I'll worry about her later. I have a feeling though that we'll find both of them.
Kari: You and your feelings! You're not a Sage ya' know!
Haru: [Ignores him] It'll take about an hour or two to get to Tanzuka. We certainly don't have that time. [Kneels] Get on my back, we need to double-time it.
Kari: [Shocked] Who the hell do you think I am!? I'm not piggybacking you! Get real, man! My speed is already legendary!
Haru: [Sighs] Alright, then. Just try and keep up. [Jumps into trees]
Kari: I can't believe that idiot... so disrespectful! [Jumps after him]

On the opposite side of the forest, two lone figures step out from the shadows of the trees.
Elsewhere
Shu: [Walking down a street] We can just pocket the money and go to the arcade.
Fuka: Don't be stupid! Kari-san gave us a mission to do! And besides, we only needed the money for the game, sjut-up!
Shu: [Grumbling]
Fuka: Here we are! This is the old lady's house!
Shu: Sure is big... she must be rich!
Fuka: Must've been why Kari choose her. Alright, go ahead and knock.
Shu: Eh! Why do I have to do it!?
Fuka: [Devilish look] Just. DO. IT!
Shu: [Scared] [Knocks three times] [Jumps back]
Fuka: [Bored look]
The large door swings open and a tall, burlish, man steps out.
???: What do you two runts want?
Fuka: [Holds out wallet] We're here to return this to the old lady that lives here.
???: [Reaches out to grab it]
Fuka: [Pulls her arm back quickly] No! I said we are here to return it. Move aside, blockhead!
Shu: [Scared] Fuka!!!
???: [Laughs] You brats need an education in manners and I'm just the one to give it to you ---
Old Lady: Jon? Who's at the door?
Jon: [Surprised] Oh, I thought you were sleeping ma'am.
Old Lady: [Eventually comes into view] Oh, it's you two again. Well, you can't rob me here. My guard is by my side!
Fuka: That's not why we're here! We came to return your wallet.
Old Lady: [Surprised] Really? Why the change of heart?
Shu: [Steps forward] That punk you ratted us out too made us give it back so don't feel all fuzzy about this!
Old Lady: [Delighted] So that young man managed to do it, huh?! Oh, good! If you two don't mind me asking. What was the young man's name?!
Fuka: [Groans] His name was Haru.
Old Lady: [Writing it down] Okay... Haru what?
Shu: [Sheepish look] Uzumaki....
Old Lady: !!!
Jon: !!!
Old Lady: Did you say.... Haru.... Uzumaki? [Quiet voice]
Fuka: Yeah! I know you're old, but you you shouldn't be losing your hearing yet!
Old Lady: [Enraged face] Get the **** off my property before I have Jon here rip you younglings a new one.
Fuka and Shu: ??!!!!
Old Lady: NOW!!!!!!!!
Fuka and Shu: [Scramble backwards] W-What about this?!! [Holds up wallet]
Old Lady: That piece of shit probably touched it. Burn it for all I care.
Fuka: [Confused] [Angry] Hey, this punk got your wallet back for you and you're gonna call him names?! Maybe you should just go senile and die right now!
Shu: [Grabs Fuka] Hey! Calm down!
Old Lady: Ugh! I can't take much more of this. Jon, get these bastards of my property.
Fuka and Shu: ?!!!!
Jon lunges forward, grasping both children's collards, hoisting them high into the air. He pulls back his arms and shoots them forward, flinging the duo further down the road into a fence which shatters as they collide with it.
Jon: Hmph. [Places hand on Old Lady's shoulder] Let's go Bonny-sama.
Old Lady: [Spits] [Walks into house and slams the door]
Fuka: Ow! . . . crazy *****! The hell did she lose her marbles for?
Shu: [Picks himself up from fence, a paper is stuck to his face] [He pulls it off] Huh? Isamu?
Fuka: What's that?!
Shu: It's an ad... that's advocating for Isamu as head of the council... !!! Now I understand! [Looks around] [Sees tall mansions everywhere] We're in the part of Konoha that wanted Isamu to win position of Hokage! That's why the old lady got so mad at hearing Haru's name!
Fuka: Huh? Really? That's why it looks all uppity here...
Passerby: Hey, what the hell did you do to our fence!
Shu: !!! Fuka, we gotta go! C'mon! [Grabs her hand] [Somebody grabs his shoulder]
Man: You brats aren't getting away that easy!
Fuka: Grrr [reaches into pocket] [pulls out some bombs] [throws them down]
Man, Passerby: [Coughing]
Fuka and Shu: [In some trees] We gotta get out of here!
Shu: [Breathing hard] Yeah, but before we go home... let's stop by the arcade!
Fuka: BAKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

Kari: How much further!?
Haru: Not that far. Just keep up! [Spots something] Huh? [Stops]
Kari: [Crashes into his back] [Rubbing his head] Idiot! Why'd you stop?!
Haru: Down there.
Kari: Huh?
An ANBU member is laying on the ground, face down. The back of his head is bloody and his ninja gear is dispersed about.
Kari: He's hurt! [About to jump down] [Haru stops him]
Haru: Hold on! There's something strange about this... I'll go first! [Hops down] [Walks over to body cautiously] [Bends down and feels for a pulse] None... which means that this is --- !!!
Suddenly, the body pops up, the head twisting all the way around as it opens its arms to grab onto Haru who is too shocked to move. What will happen next? Tune in for next time!!!
