Madara: During 4th great war i used them against hachibi and kyubi but naruto who has control over kyubi defeated them, i was overconfident that i can beat them but i am wrong.

Madara: Naruto has mysterious power he not only controlled his fox power but he controlled every other bijuu
Nera: So he is like first hokage
Madara: That's Why all other nations are under his control now.
Kami: but to bring war in this situation is it possible leaf village and all other nations are leading peaceful life for past 10 years.Now how can we create war among them.We can't directly attack them.
Madara: Yes i know konoha military force was strengthen by sasuke i doubt we can have a chance
