Kaguya will be the last villian, because Kishi has been hinting us about her appearance for a long tims. Naruto won't end after Madara, we still need to see what happens with the Shinobi world, who's hokage,etc.

i hope so, kishi did not show a LOT of the civilians, maybe the next naruto will include pirates or high tech men. MECHA naruto from the game.LOL
