I know is Naruto Nine tails chakra mode, I'm talking about is clothes, is something new.
You can see in same page the One Piece Supernova after the timeskip... this can mean something or not, but I would like to see the picture in better quallity.

It looks like he is wearing robes and his arms look scaly like a fish :S????

It looks bigger than the cloak he has now though.. Maybe Naruto makes his KM more powerful?

I like it, I don't think his KM is different, but a different way of drawing it, but there is a definite difference in his clothes. Hopefully returning to somewhat how he looked during the fight with Pain. He never looked cooler and I was a bit disappointed Kishi trashed that outfit :/

ya he definitely has different clothing, looks like jiraiya's outfit, hes even got the fishnetting on his arms n legs.
