Naruto New Jutsu From a few chapters ago?

In the chapter it says that he has a new 'wind style' jutsu. Yet in the following chapter it is called the shinobi alliance jutsu. Was this a wrong translation or was he just talking about rasenshuriken?

it was a manga fail. I almost broke my computer when i found out it was the shinobi alliance jutsu. jks but still it was a troll done by the translators
