So basically Kishi has made Naruto into Neo. Naruto is now one with all chakra, like Neo was one with the Matrix. Thats why Naruto didnt have to dodge the Limbo, and also thats how he could kick the one earlier. Nothing that can harm Naruto can touch him basically. Unless it's a physical attack, Taijutsu.
Again thats just like Neo, he could only be touched with physical attacks. He was the master of the Matrix and could bend it and controll it to his will, even break it's laws.
Oh and also Neo saved Trinity wth his right arm, like Naruto saved Gai.

Neo: How will i fight the agents? Morpheus: I'm trying to tell you that when you're ready, you won't have to.

This is basically what Hagoromo told Naruto and this is why he now doesnt have to dodge anything, like the Limbo.
