Sasuke needs V3 Susanoo if he wants to compete with Pain Arc SM Naruto, and V4 for War Naruto, which I'm assuming this is. Thus Naruto solos with low difficulty. Not sure how SM Naruto vs. MS Sasuke w/ Ribcage alone is supposed to be fair, even if he has Suigetsu and Jugo as back up. (Naruto has Neji)

Taka wins without any difficulty at all. MS Sasuke is much faster than SM Naruto (Hebi Sasuke is as well), as his feats prove so - to even state otherwise is ****ing idiotic. He was faster than V1 Ae and has better reflexes. FRS is a cake walk to dodge by Sasuke. All Naruto can manage are two FRSs' and his fruity ass is out.
All paths dodged those with ease, save for one that threw another out and fell in itself. Even that lard of fat, Petra Path, literally ran forward to suck it in. Pein stabbed two Naruto clones; they winced and thudded to the ground and FRS was still coming ... Naruto was being handled easily as well. To even think that Sasuke would not manage that, the guy who outsped Deidara's C2 bomb's detonation velocity (more than 3 times the distance Minato covered in his best alive feat), and (once heaed by Karin) V1 Bee by 6 times the reflex action, it would be sheer stupidity to assume otherwise, when Bee agrees that Sasuke was faster than him. So that would be the manga's verdit over anyone else's:

In fact, the two hits Bee got on Sasuke weren't even because of speed, as I explained in this post:
IMO itachi is equal to or faster than Sasuke's, itachi is definitely faster than MS sasuke, MS sasuke was getting wrecked by bee and having a hard time against raikage while itachi was fighting KCM naruto(who is faster than raikage) with no difficulty aswell as fighting bee and even warning him while he is behind him, itachi made seals that the sharingan can't even follow,plus itachi saved sasukes ass from muuki tensei when sasuke couldnt react,what do you y'all think?
MS Sasuke wasn't wrecked by Bee because of speed. I have proven this below. Despite being badly injured, Sasuke held his ground against Bee, whereas Itachi ran out of the sword attack:

Furthermore, once healed by Kain after the stabs, Sasuke moved (about) 6 times faster than cloaked Bee - Sasuke jumped up, landed on Bee's back, jumped up again and rolled three times, and jumped further back ... whereas Bee had yet to move from point A to B in mid air:

So, can we all look at the nitty-gritty of things before passing quick judgements on Sasuke? As for OP, then yes, Itachi is faster than MS Sasuke, who is slower than Hebi because of poor stamina resulting from taxing techs. Itachi has faster foot speed and better reflexes.
Hebi Sasuke ran faster than the detonation velocity of Deidara's C2 bomb. That is the fastest feat from anyone bar V2 Ae and EMS Sasuke tier individuals in the war arcs.
He showed faster reactions than Ae, when he dodged and landed a hit on Ae using 3T. That means his reactions are 2 times faster than V1 Ae. And no, Bee didn't kill him twice because of speed:
1- His word got deflected because of lack of intel - he didn't know Bee had Raiton. Yet, he was still faster, because he ran Raiton through his body before Bee's sword stabbed him when Bee had already launched an attack. I wonder why people deliberately miss that?
2- Sasuke didn't know his genjutsu would be overcome by a Jin.
3- Is Sasuke's speed was really that underwhelming, Bee wouldn't have stated that Sasuke was the toughest opponent he ever faced.
4- It was 2 against 4. Why discount the Bijuu that helped him in two lethal spots?

How the heck are both of them speed feats? So yes, I am not sure what manga people are reading on NB where Bee used speed to stab Sasuke and blow out his organs. But hey, it's Sasuke! So, it's a common occurance to downplay his feats and disregard any reason why so and so happened.
Heck, Jugo can dodge those with ease. And even if by some miracle of grace he doesn't, then his exo-skeletion tanks it without a scratch, as CS2 tanked these - the latter at the cost of a single wing and zero damage to Sasuke himself:

It isn't putting a dent in his exo-skeleton. Karin is out, but the location has a water source. Suigetsu merges with it and drowns Naruto and Neji. Neji is a better competition than Pein arc SM Naruto. What a joke that guy was. Sorry, but this is one-sided slaughter. Amaterasu ends it right off the bat as well. Genjutsu puts Naruto down. Had this been Hebi Sasuke, it might have been a decent match as Neji is there. But in this manner? Nah.
Restricting Sasuke's Susano'o here is the contributing factor at most. SM Naruto (War Arc) > MS Sasuke (post Danzou) > SM Naruto (Pain Arc) > MS Sasuke (Kage Summit)
