In order for someone with white skin to become Tan you need sun, or an imitated source of it via Tanning booths etc. However to achieve being tan, it require one to go outside, or travel to get to where you need to be to get tan. Oh, and the fact that I'm in shape, because I ball up kids erry day, all day erry day. Plus how old is Naruto manga? pretty sure when I was a younger me, I became a fan.

I am not a anti-sasuke fan, I am neutral to all characters. The fact I made fun of Sasuke is create humor for the people who dislike him, but more importantly to make fun of how Kishi who has trouble developing females. Also a closer look is I am saying Kishi is making Sasuke look like a girl with all the outfit changes.

Imo- people who should have costume changes the most should be females. Not saying men shouldn't be fashionable, but Females have more tendencies for their appearance than men.

Dude are you from Canada, I didn't know they breed illiterate people there, or you just have inability to type, yet you still can flame people. So than may I ask you why do you act like your 5? Pretty sure that is a little bit to young to be talking the way your talking to people on a forum.

Well considering he is the main character, Kishi, has to draw him a lot. So keeping the outfit simplistic allows for easier drawing since he uses him so much. But I would love to see Naruto get a new outfit the next time we see him
