So let me get this straight. You are so much of a sasuke fanboy that you think he is kaguya's level because he can now travel through dimensions? Have you forgotten kaguya could only use that dimensional travel as well as she could because she had a nearly limitless supply of chakra thanks to IT. Sasuke doesnt have anywhere near that kind of chakra which is why hos abilities were depleted and his tomorrow and ems were gone. Using that ability in a fight doesnt seem practical at all. Also, dimensional travel was ok nly one thing that made kaguya the goddess of the narutoverse. Sasuke is incapable of replicating her feats period.

As far as naruto needing a power up, no he does not. He is already the most powerful ninja, arguably, in existence. Just because he is rusty does not mean he needs more power, just that he hasn't been in a fight in a while so he needed to get his feet wet, which is not gonna take long. Was also only really used as a plot device to explain how naruto and sasuke didnt just destroy those two. Naruto has the power of the full Kyuubi at his disposal. Plus if need be he could get chakra from every bijuu. Not to mention he still has senjutsu of the six paths. Please stop trolling buddy.

And it's not about being able to use it in a fight. The fact that he developed his Rinnegan far enough to be able to jump dimensions is outstanding, and shows he's made tremendous improvement. Since he's become powerful enough to be able to do this then clearly he must have advanced all his other powers greatly aswell.

It's almost guaranteed that madara could travel through dimensions. He literally had just gotten kaguya's third eye. The only reason he never did is because he got turned into kaguya. How could you know he's reached her in terms of skill? Jumping dimensions is something she did effortlessly. not only that she had different ways of achieving this. By opening portals or changing the world around her. Him being able to go through dimensions 1 or 2 times means almost nothing by comparison.
