I read the thread. He is trying to downplay the manga itself and that isn't worth it now that Sasuke's powers are handicapped.10 bucks says he wouldn't be making the same thread and would be calling the manga a genius work if Sasuke would show some more powers.[SUB]

1) First time Kaguya increased gravity force at whole dimenssion or area enough big to affect everyone around.
2) Second time Kaguya foused gravity force increase just on Naruto and Sasuke allowing her projectiles to aim properly. Kakashi and Obito used it to protect them.
