naruto n 8tails

I know he has all the tailed beasts chakra except the 8tails.
Is he is waiting to give naruto the rest of the chakra because they sensed the other half of the 9 tails chakra and are waiting till he is full strength and then naruto will be the host of a 2nd 10 tails and gain the rinnegan to help fight the final form jubbi?
Is this a possibility?

Edit: do u think there will be a 2nd ten tails inside naruto if the 8tails gives him his chakra after he gets the other half of 9tails? Forget rinnegan part lol

Sealing Juubi would give him Rinnegan.

Senju/Uzumaki got Rikudou's body
Uchicha got Juubi's eye

Uchicha + Senju/Uzumaki = Rinnegan
Juubi + Rikudou = Rinnegan
Juubi + Senju/Uzumaki = Rinnegan.

It would make sense to me if he got it after sealing Juubi.

Naruto could maybe get it if he forms another juubi. But who knows.

we know by sealing jubi anyone can get rinnegan and become jubi's host but needs strong body like rikudo sennin so no one can handle this power except rikudo sennin's descendant.somehow naruto is the descendant of so6p. if naruto is not the last so6p then rikudo sennin's word to all bijuu will be false because he told one day would come when u all(1 to 9 tails) would be one and all tails thinks naruto is that man even jubi sensed itself in naruto.so naruto is the last so6p, i think it makes sense.
