Don't forget that Hashirama only told Sasuke a way to bind his sage mode.

In other words, Sasuke is not set up to defeat Madara. Binding his sage mode, could be a major step in defeating him, and Naruto is probably the one to do the final part of it. Also the reason Naruto wont die is simple. Look at all the healers around him. Tsunade, Sakura, Karin, Juugo. I am guessing the entire shinobi alliance would gladly die in his place (just like Neji).

Will Naruto die anyway? Perhaps, but then it will be because he needs a certain power up, so he can defeat someone (Madara or Juubi, IMO), and the cost for it will be his life.
Is there one more final villain? IMO, not a chance. That would be a waste of time, and a stupid and poor way for Kishi to end the story. Oro already played his role on this part, besides he is nowhere near strong enough to compete with either Sasuke or Naruto. Or do you suggest we will see another army of edo tensei, just to top the boredom?

I wont say we will not see Naruto vs Sasuke, but neither will be considered a villain in such a fight.

Well, Orochimaru is stronger than the second, third and fourth hokage. He wields Hashirama's Cells right now, he is a major threat.
