The first was amazing too me, but it may be the nostalgia talking... Blood Prisons was underwhelming given the trailers for it. Lost Tower was just... IDK also disappointing. Your ratings are probably a fair view, I mean all the Naruto Movies have been kind of bad.

Blood Prisons:6.5
Lost Tower:6 (too forgettable)
