Can you try to make it as balanced as possible. I will probably try to choose and inuzuka clan member (if they are in the game?) and dont want to lose interest just because I am getting raped al the time from the 1000's of sasuke clones that will be out there

Depends how secured your servers are. An original server should have game security such as gameguard. As for a private server, which so far this sounds like, can be easily injected or DDoS'd for lulz.

but in php the last thing you do is create the graphical interface , you will have a fully working script first , so you can think how to make it look the best way for that feature to work best
instead of how to program that for it to work best with that layout
