Do you guys think Naruto would make nice MMORPG? With like different ninja classes - Taijustu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Medic, etc. Clans - Uzumaki, Uchiha, Hyuuga, Senju, Aburame, Inuzuka, etc. You can choose what village you are from. And as you level up you learn more jutsu. You can participate in the Chunnin exams so you can get higher rank missions to gain more exp and money. You make teams with other players and play in wars and stuff..

you gain exp from battling random wild animals and cpu shinobi
Doing missions will gain you more exp but mission are only accessible if you have other players to join you.
As your ninja ranks up he/she gets older

ranks
Academy student
Genin
Chunin
Jonin
Jonin Elite
Legendary Shinobi/kunoichi

Attributes
Speed
Strength
Chakra
Intellegnce
jutsu power
endurance
life force
If you find places like mount myoboku you can sign a contract with the toads that you can use in clan wars

you guys like this idea, what would you add?
Would you play? Would you pay to play?

I would hope they made a Naruto MMO in the same way they made Darkfall. If you're not sure what Darkfall is, think Morrowind with full loot pvp.

I would love a Naruto MMO, but we'll probably never get one /sadface.

MMORPG's tend to all have the same problems, one way or the other. Repetitive content being the most difficult to get rid off.

Why can't it just be a Naruto RPG instead? You know, a big one but where you don't run into dozens of other players doing the exact same thing?

Besides, think of how many people would join the Uchiha...there'd be some serious balancing issues.

Exactly, they should exclude senju and Uchiha. All other clans are pretty well balanced. Maybe even the uzumaki.

That's not even the worst part. MMORPG's in general all share most of the same problems: repetitive content being the biggest flaw and the hardest to get rid of.

Not only that, but quests usually lack closure or fail to have a satisfactory impact on your surroundings. The guy who needed help killing ten wolves will still stand there, giving the same quests to the next valiant hero-replica of you.

It wouldn't do the Naruto storyline justice to just go on a meaningless grindfest. It takes vast, VAST resources to even consider making a world such as WoW, not to mention the fortune it takes to maintain the servers.

Not to mention that with MMORPG's come many, many bugs and exploits. Since it is also against other people, a huge amount of time and effort must be made to balance the classes perfectly. The more factors you throw in, like clans and such, the more difficult it would be to balance everything out.

Those are the problems with an MMORPG.

A NORMAL RPG though, that is much more plausible and I would definitely consider buying that if they made a serioust attempt at making one. Good plot, branching storylines with difficult moral choices, lots of skills, Kekkei Genkai, good leveling systems, varied environments etc etc.
