I think that you can't really say SM Naruto is weaker than SM Hashirama because BSM is technically another version of Sage Mode while RSM is the highest level of Sage Mode.

Also, that means that Naruto was always using his own power from day 1 because controlling bijuu chakra is one body feat while combining it with NE is another body feat that only Ashura and JuubiJins have been able to do.

Yeah it wasn't until he unlocked KCM that his chakra began fully merging with Kurama's, and afterwards Ashuras chakra began to bloom a lot more when he was facing Obito. Kakashi noted how Kurama's chakra was different and getting stronger when Naruto started using BSM.

Not really, the same logic applies to Uchiha. Sasuke and Madara relied on their eye power and genjutsu skill to control bijuus. In the end of the day Indra and Ashura's power are still being used to control tailed beasts.

OP: Nice thread. SM naruto could be higher or equal to SM hashirama's level if kurama didnt interfere in it. Kurama always a hindrance in naruto's way when he tries to get in sage mode. Didnt we see, immediately after befriending kurama, naruto absorbed enormous amount sage chakra and he could use sm for more time than ever. And during his fights in ninja war 4, he gained ability to gain enormous amount of nature chakra within a minute or two.

So, if kurama didnt restricted naruto in getting perfect sage mode, SM naruto would be above SM hashi level.

I wouldn't really call BSM another version of SM. I see it more as BM + SM. Despite the fact that the Juubi is made up of senjutsu/NE and all bijuu thus are made up of it too. The manga's weird man.

I agree, Naruto also has Uzumaki stamina imo he would've eventually been able to use normal SM with more amounts of NE than Hashi and for longer periods of time. His talent was chakra control while Hashi's was elements.

Hashi didnt need bijuu level yang chakra to reach that level unlike naruto
