[Question] Naruto Minecraft server-Admins/mods look

I'm planning on making a Naruto minecraft server, it'll be a role-play server with towny, and it'll be like the Narutoverse. It'll have geninn tests, chuninn exams, and jouninn tests, with ranks and what not. I'll go into more detail if this is approved, but I'd like the server to be in connection with the forums, I'll pay for, and manage it, and I plan on making it anyway, but if we connected forums and the server then it'd be a LOT easier for me to manage instead of making my own forums. Do yall think this would be possible?(I'm not asking for the opinions of members of the forums, no offense, but I don't need an smartalic remarks.)

Whilst a nice idea you have to take into account the population of this site, and how most of them act. Sadly, most would troll, so if anything were to materialize of this idea; you'd need plenty of enforcers to keep it running smooth.

You'd also need enforcers / server hosts from different time zones, so people can play when it fits them, meaning more people would be able to play. {This seems complicated, but when you leave the game, just send the world file to the other hosts and let them load it onto their server, it'll be the exact same. You probably know this but yeah.}

that idea about the time zone servers wouldnt be good, that would take a good part of the players out of one server, and then people would abuse that system, get certain items on one world, then using them on another.

Whilst it's a good idea, I don't think it would work very effectively.
It's a lot easier to manage and RP on the forum, whereas people could probably find a way to cheat on Minecraft or try to grief the server.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to keep the server private, and only allow certain people to use it if they have arranged an RP session beforehand?
At least that would prevent random people joining in or attempting to destroy the server, and it would mean less people are needed for management/enforcing.

I can keep it to were no one will just come in and destroy anything, along with a good RP system you cant cheat in, I've gave a lot of thought to this, and its sorta a major roleplay, im thinking about even re-creating villages and using those to start the towns in.

Even for ranks like Hokage, and Jinjiryiki, I have trails for being a jinjiryiki and for becoming a chuninn and up, and the Hokages will be able to pick whos anbu or the jinjiryiki(towns/villages can only have one jinjiryiki and their can only be 9 unless something happens like their kidnapped or something, I can explain a lot more detailly and maybe even show yall a bit if an admin approves. but Keeping the role playing together wont be very hard, at all, their will also be arenas for private battles/spars ect, and places to train also skills you can upgrade by fighting mobs and other things. Again, lets just see if we have the admins eyes before I go all out detail'd.

I don't think this requires any sort of permission from the staff. If you're creating it for Naruto Base, you would need an admin (probably Zise or Versuvio) to approve/decline it. Since you're making it for yourself (and friends), go ahead and have fun creating it.

If you're worried about the minecraft community forum for your project, use a free host and a free forum software (MyBB, phpBB, etc) and set up your own community.

On another note, I've seen ideas like this come and go frequently without results to show for it so good luck.

As I said, when one host in a time zone is about to go, he sends the world file to the next host, it's just like picking up from a saved game
