from the lst manga it has been pretty much cleared that naruto still hasen't surpassed minato cause if he had tobi would be crushed by now.so does any one agree with me.

minato took down tobi with EMS in a few minutes.naruto cant take down rinnegan tobi with guy kakashi and bee.he's having help on evry side but minato fought alone.

Naruto surpassed Minato ages ago

-Minato didn't take 3 years to learn the rasengan. He took 3 years to invent and develope the jutsu. That's totally different. No one went through step by step training with Minato like Jiraiya did for Naruto. I'm sure if Minato had that kind of training from Jiraiya he would have learned it faster. After all he was considered a genius.

-His elemental affinity possibly wasn't even compatible with the rasengan. It was convinient for naruto to have a wind styled chakra nature. Would an earth style rasengan seem practical to you?

-It's only obvious he cant make mini bijuu damas, because he's not a Jinchuuriki.

I'm not saying Naruto probably hasn't surpassed minato by now, but, the reasons you stated are not well thought out.
