naruto might be hokage for like 1 day and then they are gunna make naruto the first ruler or leader of all the nation's baseicly the shinobi alliance. what do u guys on the base think

That's not really true i think
What kind of power does the hokage actually have? The hokage does what the daimyou wants..
The hokage only assigns missions and protects the village and the land of fire as far as i know.

The hokage does hold the monopoly on power, but killing the daimyou will not go unnoticed by the shinobi of the village and you can't take the people's weapons (jutsu') so oppressing them will become hard.
