That's not exactly something you can eyeball. It took extensive calculations to put a man on the moon. Maybe with Sharingan. but anyway, it took the shuttles over 2 days to get there. By the time it got there, the battle would be over.

The moon isn't creating its own light, its only reflecting the light from Madara's third eye, once everyone is tied to the god tree the moon will no longer be needed.

Actually we have had people on the moon since armstrong, but seeing how there really isn't any reason to have people there yet and the cost of the missions, they ended the programs.

The point is how ridiculous it would be not the mathematics. Although they show how ridiculous the prospect is. My point is that Kishi would have to do some really ridiculous things for this to happen and I don't think he is the type of writer to do something so absurd. And based on the assumption that Kishi won't have him do this, I can say Naruto can't because it is not within his abilities to make the shot. So yes the physics do matter when we are talking speculation and not prediction.
