When Naruto finally met Kushina. That resonated with me a great deal because, Like Naruto, I never really knew my birth mom. And to finally meet her after so long to say everything I wanted to say and to get choked up and be unable to form coherent sentences like Naruto did almost brought a tear to my own eyes as well.

Also Jiraiya's death. I felt really bad about that one.

Honorable mentions to Itachi's 2nd death and final farewell to Sasuke
Azuma's passing
And Sasuke's final thoughts on what he thought of naruto.

Good moments for me. The feels :hugg:

Most shocking moment for me was when Naruto and Sasuke were on the ground after their last fight each one missing an Arm >.>.

the scene that almost made me cry is seeing Naruto in Hokage clothes, i had mixed feelings of happiness and sadness. :score:

the Naruto series was a part of my routine for years and now i feel so empty :noes:

Most emotional scene would have to be Jiraiya's death scene. It was just so powerful and painful to watch, it really hurt to watch that episode lol

Been watching Naruto since 2005, it resonated a lot with me because I was watching this show about a loser with no friends who couldn't do anything. I felt a lot like that and watching him never give up and keep trying harder and harder to accomplish his goals really meant a lot to me as a kid, it felt like I had something I could relate to

Well the only thing in Naruto that ever touched me emotionally(if only becuase i have a brother that at one point in my life was very mean to me and made me kinda hate him) was the plot twist in the relationship between, Itachi and Sasuke it is the best written relationship in the series and if kishi wrote more like that the series would be better.

Naruto's relationship with his parents come close in terms of writng and how it effected me emotionally (because at a very young age I had been separated from my parents so I know what it feels like to not have parents and feel like an outcast because of it).

Narutos meaning as a series is just failed potential to be something great. Kishi had a lot of nice ideas bit didn't have the writing ability to execute them correctly. It tries to be a deep and emotional series but doesn't quite get there. I recognized these things since o first started watching Naruto which is why the overrated story was never what got me into it. It was the action because at least that is done well plus I love action.

I think Kishimoto made his most convincing and deep writing when he wasn't obsessed with making everything a parallel to something that happened in previously established lore. Like the whole Obito thing made sense when you consider the underlying themes he was portraying and how he was supposed to parallel Naruto but as an Uchiha instead but his story just wasn't as "real-world grit" and believable as Itachi and the Uchiha Massacre or Gaara's original backstory.

Towards the end Kishimoto seemed to be fine with sacrificing the reality of his work for making more obvious parallels as if he had some kind of OCD, believing the fact that they paralleled something made them feel natural within the story when in reality they weren't enough to give the story true psychological complexity or realism.
