Yeah. I can't think of anyone from NV that can take down the armored titan. Warning spoilers for those that didn't read the manga!

He's fast, can regenerate, has very hard and solid skin. I'd say the armor is made from diamond considering the crystal they found Annie in was weird to them and they couldn't cut it.
